About the Role
Bookkeepers and accounting professionals are needed to train AI on small business accounting, financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and reporting.
Requirements
- •3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- •Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- •Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
- •Experience with payroll processing and bank reconciliations
- •Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or accounting degree preferred
Responsibilities
- •Review AI bookkeeping procedures and journal entries
- •Evaluate AI financial reports and reconciliation steps
- •Create realistic accounting error scenarios
- •Train AI on small business financial management tasks
