Requirements
- •JD or equivalent legal training
- •2+ years contract review experience
- •Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and risk factors
- •Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills
Responsibilities
- •Review contracts and annotate key clauses for AI training
- •Validate AI-generated contract summaries and interpretations
- •Create training examples covering liability, indemnity, and IP clauses
- •Flag misinterpretations in AI legal outputs
