About the Role
Corporate trainers and workplace learning professionals are needed to train AI on employee training programs, facilitation techniques, and learning effectiveness.
Requirements
- •4+ years of corporate training, facilitation, or L&D experience
- •Experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners
- •Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- •Certifications in training or facilitation (CPTD, FacilitatorU) preferred
- •Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills
Responsibilities
- •Evaluate AI-generated training programs and facilitator guides
- •Review AI learning materials for engagement and effectiveness
- •Create realistic workplace training scenarios
- •Train AI on facilitation best practices and learner engagement
