About the Role
ESL teachers and language specialists are needed to train AI on language instruction, grammar, pronunciation, writing, and cross-cultural communication.
Requirements
- •TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL/EFL certification required
- •3+ years of ESL teaching experience (domestic or international)
- •Deep knowledge of second language acquisition theory and communicative language teaching
- •Experience teaching across proficiency levels (beginner to advanced)
- •Ability to write clear, learner-accessible explanations of English grammar and usage
Responsibilities
- •Review AI language instruction materials and grammar explanations
- •Evaluate AI responses for language accuracy and teaching effectiveness
- •Create realistic language learning scenarios and exercises
- •Train AI on common ESL learner errors and corrections
