About the Role
Nonprofit fundraising professionals are needed to train AI on donor communications, fundraising appeals, major gift conversations, and development strategy.
Requirements
- •3+ years of nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or major gifts experience
- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- •Experience with donor management platforms (Blackbaud, Salesforce NPSP)
- •Strong written communication and donor stewardship skills
- •Familiarity with major gift, planned giving, and corporate sponsorship strategies
Responsibilities
- •Create and evaluate AI-generated donor appeal letters and emails
- •Review AI major gift solicitation scripts
- •Train AI on stewardship communications and thank-you messaging
- •Evaluate AI fundraising strategy recommendations
