About the Role
HR Specialists with deep expertise in a specific HR function — recruiting, compensation, benefits, or compliance — are needed to train AI on specialized people operations tasks.
Requirements
- •3+ years of specialized HR experience (compensation, L&D, or HRIS)
- •Deep knowledge of at least one HR discipline
- •Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP
- •Strong analytical and documentation skills
- •SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Responsibilities
- •Create training data for your HR specialty area
- •Review AI outputs for accuracy in HR procedures
- •Develop realistic HR scenarios and edge cases
- •Annotate AI responses for compliance and best practice alignment
