Requirements
- •JD with IP specialization, or PhD with patent agent qualification
- •3+ years IP law or licensing experience
- •Strong USPTO or international IP filing knowledge
- •Excellent technical and legal writing
Responsibilities
- •Annotate IP case law and patent documents
- •Validate AI-generated IP analysis and summaries
- •Create expert training examples on patent claims and trademark disputes
- •Identify errors in AI IP legal reasoning
