About the Role

L&D professionals are needed to train AI on workplace learning, training program design, and employee development content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of L&D, instructional design, or corporate training experience
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, TalentLMS)
  • Experience applying adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Strong curriculum development and facilitation skills
  • CPLP or ATD certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and evaluate AI-generated training content
  • Review learning objectives and curriculum outlines
  • Develop realistic workplace learning scenarios
  • Assess AI coaching and development feedback for quality
