About the Role
L&D professionals are needed to train AI on workplace learning, training program design, and employee development content.
Requirements
- •3+ years of L&D, instructional design, or corporate training experience
- •Proficiency with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, TalentLMS)
- •Experience applying adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- •Strong curriculum development and facilitation skills
- •CPLP or ATD certification preferred
Responsibilities
- •Create and evaluate AI-generated training content
- •Review learning objectives and curriculum outlines
- •Develop realistic workplace learning scenarios
- •Assess AI coaching and development feedback for quality
