About the Role
Certified medical coders and billers are needed to train AI on diagnosis and procedure coding, claim submission, denial management, and healthcare billing workflows.
Requirements
- •CPC, CCS, or equivalent medical coding certification required
- •3+ years of medical coding and billing experience
- •Deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- •Experience with medical billing software and claim submission workflows
- •Familiarity with payer guidelines, denial management, and compliance
Responsibilities
- •Review AI coding recommendations for accuracy
- •Evaluate AI billing workflow guidance
- •Create realistic coding scenarios with complex diagnoses
- •Flag coding errors or compliance issues in AI outputs
