About the Role
Licensed mental health counselors, therapists, and clinical social workers are needed to train AI on therapeutic approaches, mental health assessment, and counseling techniques.
Requirements
- •Masters or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
- •Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent licensure
- •3+ years of clinical mental health counseling experience
- •Deep knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT)
- •Commitment to ethical and culturally competent practice
Responsibilities
- •Review AI therapeutic responses and mental health guidance
- •Evaluate AI crisis response protocols for safety and appropriateness
- •Create realistic counseling scenarios and clinical vignettes
- •Train AI on clinical documentation and treatment planning
