About the Role
Program evaluation and impact measurement professionals are needed to train AI on nonprofit program design, evaluation frameworks, and impact reporting.
Requirements
- •3+ years of program evaluation, impact measurement, or nonprofit management experience
- •Proficiency with evaluation frameworks (logic models, theory of change)
- •Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting for funders
- •Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- •Masters degree in public policy, social work, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- •Evaluate AI-generated program evaluation plans and frameworks
- •Review AI impact reports and outcome narratives
- •Train AI on logic model development and theory of change
- •Assess AI recommendations on program design for quality
