About the Role
Operations analysts and process improvement specialists are needed to train AI on operational efficiency, workflow optimization, and business process analysis.
Requirements
- •3+ years of operations analysis, process improvement, or business analytics experience
- •Proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- •Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks
- •Strong ability to document workflows, KPIs, and operational metrics
- •Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- •Review AI process improvement recommendations
- •Evaluate AI operational analysis and root cause findings
- •Create realistic operational inefficiency scenarios
- •Train AI on lean principles, KPIs, and operational reporting
