About the Role
Experienced paralegals are needed to train AI on legal document drafting, research, case management, and procedural knowledge across practice areas.
Requirements
- •ABA-approved paralegal certificate or Associates/Bachelors in paralegal studies
- •3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- •Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- •Strong knowledge of civil procedure, legal drafting, and case management
- •Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- •Review AI-generated legal documents and research summaries
- •Evaluate AI procedural guidance for accuracy
- •Create realistic legal document drafting scenarios
