About the Role
Personal finance coaches and educators are needed to train AI on budgeting, debt payoff strategies, savings plans, and everyday financial decision-making.
Requirements
- •AFC, CFP, or equivalent personal finance certification
- •3+ years of personal finance coaching, counseling, or financial planning experience
- •Deep knowledge of budgeting, debt management, investing basics, and retirement planning
- •Experience working with clients across income levels and financial situations
- •Strong written communication for clear, actionable financial guidance
Responsibilities
- •Evaluate AI personal finance advice for accuracy and appropriateness
- •Review AI budgeting plans and debt payoff recommendations
- •Create realistic personal finance scenarios across income levels
- •Train AI on financial coaching techniques and behavior change
