About the Role
Certified pharmacy technicians are needed to train AI on prescription processing, drug interactions, medication safety, and pharmacy operations.
Requirements
- •PTCB or NHA CPhT certification required
- •3+ years of retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy experience
- •Deep knowledge of drug dispensing, medication safety, and pharmacy operations
- •Familiarity with pharmacy management systems (Rx30, QS/1, Epic Willow)
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to explain medication information clearly
Responsibilities
- •Review AI medication information and drug interaction guidance
- •Evaluate AI prescription processing workflows
- •Create realistic pharmacy scenarios including error prevention
- •Flag medication safety issues in AI outputs
