About the Role
Project managers with real-world execution experience are needed to train AI on project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- •PMP certification or equivalent; Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- •5+ years of project management experience across industries
- •Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com)
- •Strong stakeholder communication, risk management, and scope control skills
- •Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise projects
Responsibilities
- •Review AI project plans, risk registers, and status reports
- •Evaluate AI stakeholder communication and escalation handling
- •Create realistic project scenarios including scope creep and delays
- •Train AI on PM frameworks and best practices
