About the Role
Compliance professionals are needed to train AI on regulatory requirements, compliance program development, risk assessment, and policy analysis.
Requirements
- •3+ years of regulatory compliance, risk management, or audit experience
- •Deep knowledge of industry-specific regulations (FDA, SEC, HIPAA, FINRA, or similar)
- •Experience developing compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- •Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex regulatory requirements
- •CRCM, CCEP, or equivalent compliance certification preferred
Responsibilities
- •Review AI compliance program recommendations
- •Evaluate AI regulatory analysis for accuracy
- •Create realistic compliance violation and remediation scenarios
- •Train AI on risk assessment frameworks and compliance best practices
