About the Role
Experienced recruiters and talent acquisition professionals are needed to train AI on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
Requirements
- •3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- •Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS platforms, and interview best practices
- •Experience across multiple verticals (tech, healthcare, finance, etc.) preferred
- •Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills
- •AIRS or LinkedIn Recruiter certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- •Review AI-generated job descriptions and interview questions
- •Evaluate AI candidate communication for professionalism and fairness
- •Create realistic recruiting scenarios and candidate profiles
- •Flag bias or compliance issues in AI hiring content
